鉄筋のお仕事
鉄筋工事は、鳶土工・型枠大工と並び躯体三職と呼ばれる職種のうちの一つです。建物を動物に例えると、躯体は骨格にあたり、建築物を支える骨組みのことを指します。鉄筋でこの建物の骨組みを作る工事が、私たちのお仕事である「鉄筋工事」です。
鉄筋工事は、大きく分けて2種類の工事があります。「鉄筋加工組立工事」と「鉄筋継手工事」です。私たち木浪鉄筋工業は、「鉄筋加工組立工事」を行う会社です。
鉄筋加工組立工事は、鉄筋の配筋と組み立てを行う工事です。加工工場では、鉄筋を図面通りに切ったり曲げたりと加工を施します。加工された鉄筋は現場に運搬され、図面に沿って鉄筋を組み上げて、建物の基礎となる骨組みを作ります。鉄筋は、コンクリートの中に埋め込まれているので、完成したあとの建物からは見えません。見えないと認識されにくいですが、鉄筋組立工事は建物の寿命を左右する重要な工事です。
皆さんの身近にあるマンションなどで、「RC構造」という言葉を聞いたことがあるかと思います。RCとは、Reinforced（鉄筋） Concrete（コンクリート）の省略です。RC構造は、鉄筋コンクリート構造という意味です。主に高層建物に用いられる事が多く、私たちの施工実績にもそのような建物が多くあります。また、橋梁、トンネル、高速道路などにも使用されています。実は、皆さんの生活の中で鉄筋が使われており、「鉄筋のお仕事」は皆さんにとっても身近なお仕事でもあるのです。
“Rebar Works” is one of the framework constructions along with scaffold works and formworks construction. It is a job to create a framework that supports a building. Our job is to build up Rebars that make up the framework of this building. There are two types of Rebar Works. They are "Rebar Processing and Assembly Work" and "Rebar Joint Work". We are the company that does the former.
"Rebar Processing and Assembly Work" is the work of arranging and assembling rebars. At our factory, Rebars are cut and bent according to the drawings. The processed Rebars are transported to the site, where they are assembled according to the drawings to create the framework that will serve as the foundation of the building. Rebars is embedded in the concrete, so it is not visible in the finished building. Although it is difficult to recognize if it is not visible, Rebar Works are important constructions that affects the life of the building.
You may have heard the term "RC structure" in the condominiums around you. RC is an abbreviation for Reinforced Concrete. RC structure means reinforced concrete structure. It is mainly used for high-rise buildings, and we have many such buildings in our construction achievements. It is also used in bridges, tunnels, highways, etc. In fact, Rebar is used in everyone's daily life, and "Rebar Works" are also a familiar job for everyone.
CREATION OF REBAR BENDING SCHEDULE
加工帳・施工図作成
鉄筋加工のために必要な、加工帳と施工図の作成を行います。
図面や仕様書を見ながら、必要な材料、鉄筋の数量、加工の形状などを決定します。
Create the Rebar bending schedule necessary for rebar processing. While checking the drawings and specifications, we determine the necessary materials, the number of rebars, the shape of processing, etc.
REINFORCEMENT ARRANGEMENT AND SETUP
配筋・段取り
現場に運ばれてきた鉄筋を、施工図通りに取り付けます。鉄筋の種類により、組み立てる順序があるので、経験がある職長がリードしながら作業を行います。
Install the rebars that has been brought to the site according to the construction drawing. Since there is an order for assembling according to the type of rebar, an experienced foreman leads the work.

鉄筋の交差部を、ハッカーという道具を使って結束線と呼ばれる針金で縛ります。
Using a tool called a hooker, the intersections of rebars are tied with wires.
SELF-INSPECTION
自主検査
コンクリート打設前に検査を行い、強度などに問題がないかチェックします。不具合がなければ作業終了です。
Before concrete is placed, it is inspected to ensure that there are no problems with strength, etc. If there are no problems, the work is completed.

学校卒業後他の会社で鉄筋工として働いていましたが、木浪鉄筋工業は憧れていた会社だったので入社を決めました。
入社後は、以前から挑戦したかったパソコンでの仕事が進められるようになったり、また資格を沢山取ることができました。

After graduating from school, I worked as a Rebar worker at another company, but Kinami Tekkin Kogyo was a company I admired, so I decided to join. After joining the company, I was able to proceed with the computer work that I had always wanted to try, and I was able to obtain many qualifications. 工場では、男性のみならず女性も一緒に働いています。中には、鉄筋加工歴30年以上の女性もいます。
広大な面積を誇る当社の工場では、約10名の作業員が作業しています。
細いものから太いものまで、さまざまな鉄筋を加工しています。誰もがどんな形状の加工でもできるよう、多能工を目指して日々精進しております。
In factories, not only men but also women work together. Some women have more than 30 years of rebar processing experience. Our factory, which boasts a vast area, employs about 10 workers. We process a variety of rebars, from thin to thick. We are devoted to becoming a multi-skilled worker so that anyone can process any shape.
日本で仕事を続けたい。

特定技能外国人
ベトナムから来た2人は、2021年に技能実習生を終えて特定技能として日本に残ることになりました。
「日本で仕事を続けたい」という2人。仕事について尋ねると、「厳しい仕事だけど、頑張れる。」「夏の暑い時は大変だけど、でも大丈夫。」と、日本で仕事をすることに前向きに取り組んでくれています。
The two men from Vietnam remain in Japan as specified skilled workers after finishing their technical intern trainees in 2021. When asked about our Rebar Works, one said, "It's tough, but I can do my best.", and another said, "It's tough in the heat of summer, but it's no problem," with positively working in Japan.

2022年、インドネシアから2名の技能実習生を受け入れました。彼らは、日本でお金を稼ぎたいという強い目標を持ってやってきました。
実際に仕事をしてみてどうか訊いてみると、「難しいけど楽しい」と楽しく働くことができている様子がうかがえました。
これからの即戦力になってもらえるように頑張ってほしいです。
In 2022, we accepted two technical intern trainees from Indonesia. They came with a strong desire to make money in Japan. When asked them how they felt after actually working, they said, "It's difficult, but it's fun." We want them to do their best so that they can become an immediate fighting force in the future.
